How do you like the sound of riding your bike and logging your commutes as often as possible during October, with a chance of winning a box of cycling goodies? Well, the weather is starting to get grim, in the UK at least, but that's no excuse to put the bike away…

Join BikeRadar Training and you’ll be able to monitor your exercise and join in with our Commuter Challenge to keep your motivation up and be rewarded for working out.

The rules are simple. Ride your bike to work and back as often as possible throughout the month of October. Those who log at least 20 sessions will be entered into a prize draw and one lucky winner will win a box of cycling goodies.

Five members who log at least 10 sessions will be in with a chance to win a BikeRadar Training top. There will also be weekly random spot prizes for members of the group, giving you plenty of chances to win.
