The BikeRadar Training Hub kicked off at the London Bike Show on Thursday, with Koolstof Coaching putting riders through their pedal strokes with a series of fitness tests and consultations. Friday is sold out but there are still some places available this weekend if you hurry - you can either book online or register in person at the show.
The two hour session priced at £115, is designed to enhance cycling performance and highlight where improvements can be made and includes the following:
- Zone 1: POWERbreathe Inspiratory muscles tested, body fat analysis, height, weight, anti-oxidant levels measurements, spin scan analysis
- Zone 2: Fitness test to assess power zones, heart rate zones and VO2 max
- Zone 3: Postural and flexibility assessment
- Zone 4: Coaching talk, introduction to training and coaching, and open questions
Koolstof will then analyse your results and put together personalised training plans that will be sent to you later.
