Road Racer: Intermediate Power Build
This Summer Power Build plan is designed for 2nd and 3rd category road race riders. The plan has you riding five days a week and progressively builds you, so that your weekends get a little longer and the workouts get a little harder throughout the plan.
The plan uses different training zones, so you can use a heart rate monitor, power meter or just go on your 'feeling' (RPE - rate of perceived exertion). This is a great way to give yourself structure and keep you focused to attain your goal at your event.

The Flat out Fit plan, designed by Pro Ride Guides, is designed for intermediate trail riders. Designed to improve general all round fitness, without the need for gym and equipment, it’s based around three rides a week and home fitness sessions. Joe explains the fitness plan is designed to put the fun back into riding, by giving you enough fitness and energy to make even the roughest trails flow, and giving you enough energy to make the ups as playful as downs.
