NiteRider has stepped into the bike computer market with a range of five models. The 3.0 is in the middle, offering a good spread of features, an easy to read display, and 2.4GHz wireless speed sensor plus the option to add a wireless cadence sensor for an extra £25.
Fitting is quick and simple – the setup is easy if you follow the instructions – and in use it’s really very good, with buttons that have a positive click and one of the best backlights we’ve seen in a long time. The low battery indicator is also a nice touch.
