SKS CT-Worx is unusual in that it includes a 15mm pedal spanner; it’s basic and slides onto the 6mm Allen key, but it is up to the job provided the pedals haven’t been fitted with excessive force.
Although the allen keys – 2.5, 3, 4, 5 and 6mm – and flathead and Phillips screwdrivers have a cheap-looking zinc plated finish, there were no issues with them rounding off as we’d feared.
The two grey plastic tyre levers are very effective but SKS needs to address the amount of pressure required to release them – in wet weather we had to resort to levering them off with a coin.
The spoke keys are effective and the chain tool passed the 10-speed link test with ease, though it loses a point because of the omission of an 8mm Allen key (the body of the chain tool looks like it ought to be one, but is slightly too small to work).
