Weldtite’s Dirt Wash cuts through grease well, and manages to give a good finish at the end of the wash too. It really starts to work when it comes to the drivetrain – that’s where its ability to remove lubricant effectively becomes obvious.
The Dirt Wash did need some pretty heavy brushing when we were trying to get rid of any kind of mud or dried-on dirt though, and it made our brakes squeal for a little while after the wash. The nozzle on the bottle isn’t big or sturdy enough – we broke it pretty quickly.
