Our review
Quality race oriented lid that’s user friendly and feels great on Buy if, You’re after a top-end performance without the lofty price

Pros:

Cool, classy looking, fit system

Cons:

Not as light as some

It’s easy to see that the Propero 3 takes many of its design ques from Specialized’s top-picksend Prevail helmet. The EPS shell features a neat internal skeleton that adds strength to the shell and allows for larger vents for greater cooling. The vents with the large front Mega Mouthport and internal channelling do a top job of pulling air in, over the head and out of the rear exhausts.

Specialized’s Headset FSL II fit system with rear dial works a treat cradling the head perfectly. This is easy to adjust with one hand on the fly making for an easy life. The side straps aren’t adjustable but the Tri-fix web splitter worked well for us, and we loved Spesh’s soft 4X DryLite webbing that sit better than most.

The combination of good looks, ride performance and ease of use makes this feel like a high-end helmet but with without the big price tag.
