The Idolo is MET’s entry level road helmet that's designed to replicate its top end lids, but at an affordable price, which it does well.

It has a slick, racy, compact shape with 15 vents that do a solid job. It feels good from the off and fits using MET’s Safe-T-E-mid horizontal fit system, which offers a wide range of adjustment and is easy to use, even on the fly. While there’s no vertical adjustment I didn’t miss it to be honest.
A neat safety touch here is the LED light built into the dial, with flashing and solid light modes. This is an ideal back up to your rear light on low light days.
The side straps use a snap and lock down set-up, which works well, if a little fiddly to begin with.
The Idolo MET delivers a good lightweight, adjustable and safety conscious package for the money.
