The ZX HD version adds more shoulder rubber over an ultra high density protective layer. Initial longevity signs are great with no tearing, shedding or deep cuts.
The RaceStar Triple Compound feels great, too. It’s fast on the road, a feature that’s backed up on the rollers, yet still reliable through turns in wet or dry and clean or dirty conditions.
The 23mm is buoyant for back road comfort but light enough for sprints. The coloured tyres are slightly more slippery.
