Hutchinson have updated their successful Fusion tyre. The new version features the French tyre-maker's Kevlar Pro Tech system, which increases the tyre's resistance to punctures by a claimed 50 per cent thanks to a thin Kevlar grid under the tread.
Hutchinson are the official supplier to the Discovery Channel team and, as an fficial partner of the Tour de France, Hutchinson offer the Fusion 2 in a special Tour colour-way, with a yellow and grey tread, as well as grey, blue and red colour options, ensuring there's something to match your bike's paint job. A tubeless version of the Fusion 2, requiring specific rims, is also available, adapting the mountain bike system to the road world. The Fusion 2 Roadtubeless retails at $65/£36.99.
