The Jett is a top-end performance perch that comes in three sizes to accommodate different bodies.
This is great news for wider-sit-boned women, because in the past a race-style saddle always meant ultra-narrow. After having a butt-imprint taken (see your Specialized dealer), this tester selected the 143mm. It has fairly firm padding and square edges on the rear section. A forward-leaning position seems to make it work best, and although it takes a few rides to get used to the firmness, the cutaway does a great job keeping the pressure off. It's well designed all-round with the exception of the nose being a touch wider than necessary, causing slight rubbing between saddle and thigh.
The construction is top-notch as well, and there's a carbon-reinforced shell, hollow Ti rails and an easy-to-clean synthetic cover.
