Winwood's Decksters are a very well made and solid piece of kit for converting clipless pedals to flats.
With an integrated cleat on the bottom, they click into one side of your SPDs so you can ride in 'normal' shoes.
They're a niche product – and not cheap – but they work well. Just make sure the pedal’s release mechanism is very tight.
