Easy to fit and good valu, but the upper seal let water in under extreme conditions

The FSA Orbit has a lower stack of roller bearings arranged in a taper to handle lateral and vertical loads, and an O-ring is highly effective in protecting the lower bearings from the effects of moisture.

The upper stack of a headset experiences minimal load, so caged ball bearings are used here, though we advise care when cleaning this area because water from a hose got past the upper seal after a particularly muddy cyclo-cross ride. The total stack height is 32.5mm and they're available in both 1in and 1 1/8in diameters.
