Chris King don't make an integrated headset because they believe that running the bearings directly in the frame is bad engineering practice. The NoThreadset uses surgical-grade stainless steel cartridge bearings that do a great job.
They come in a vast range of anodised colours, there's a lifetime warranty thrown in and if their current reliability record is anything to go buy you'll never have to buy another. Stack height is 31.4mm and it's available as tested in 1 1/8in diameter only, though the titanium version is available in 1in.
