Sometimes new products are very familiar. This PZ stem definitely comes out of the same factory as Control Tech’s excellent FX stem, as it’s nearly identical.
It’s extremely light, made from 7075 aluminium with alu bolts, and available in 45-120mm lengths. Plus it’s a tenner cheaper than the Control Tech unit.
