Our review
Expensive bar, but big strength without wrist buzz, and great-looking low-weight, low-height, high stiffness stem unit.

Spank's low rise Bitch Stick looks and sounds like a thug but it's actually really subtle. The XGT (Xtreme Gradual Taper) in-wall thickness round the bends really gives a noticeable amount of wrist relief for such a heavy bar. Feedback from our sickest testers and users confirms this heavyweight is a seriously strong piece. The medium shape was really well liked and nobody complained about too much twang either. The downside is it's not cheap.

Spank's headline stem is pricey but impressively solid for its weight and well detailed. The 7075 T6 body gets a rounded back end that tucks the bolts in well while deep ribs down the side lose some weight but maintain stiffness. The no-logo design can be flipped for low rise running. A nice machined logo marks the face plate while the '1 Timer' gets an etched logo for a tenner less.
