3T have been in the handlebar business for aeons and their entry-level clip-ons are reasonably light with some useful features that justify their slight extra cost.
You’re certainly not going to be short on length with the alloy extensions – they put your hands in a different postcode unless you make use of the laser-etched trim marks.
The socket-style extension clamps are level with the base bar for a usefully low cockpit position. We’re baffled how you get the gear cable out past the bar if you make use of the partially slotted internal routing though.
The two-bolt forged bar clamps include hinged clamps, so the arm rests can be flipped up and leave the bar tops clear for climbing. Four different bolted positions give plenty of width adjustment for the simple, gently cupped pads too.
