Our main criticism of the Chorus chain is not of the product itself but of the fact that you need Campag’s dedicated – and very expensive – chain tool to remove it (though Pedro's have recently created a cheaper version).
Campag’s 11-speed chain is narrower than their 10-speed version (5.5mm compared to 5.9mm), but is actually stronger.
It doesn’t have Record’s hollow pins, but other than that is identical: nickel PTFE (better known as Teflon) surface for reduced friction and the same redesigned Ultra-Shift outer links. The weight difference over Record? Just 15g.
