Hope’s all-mountain anchor teams the four-piston M4 calliper with their Race lever and a titanium bolt kit to produce a communicative and powerful mid-weight brake – once it’s set up.
The one-finger lever doesn’t have bite point adjust but saves nearly 40g over the Tech lever option and syncs better with shifters. Leverage differences mean it’s actually slightly more powerful than the Tech version though.
The longer pad and calliper make careful alignment crucial to stop rubbing, but modulation is excellent once they’re set up right. Green anodised bore caps give a factory look, there are extensive customisation options including coloured spider rotors, and modular selling means you can use existing mounts and rotors.
