Our review
Comfy, light and with a relaxed cut and handy liner, but the waistband is a bit weird

The Storm shorts from The North Face are made from a comfortable and light fabric.

They have a good looking, relaxed cut, although the waistband sits quite high and has a tendency to puff out the hips – especially if the elasticated fit adjusters are tightened. It’s not something you’ll notice unless you want to tuck your T-shirt in though!

They have normal hip pockets on the front, as well as a small key pocket (without zip) within one of the pockets. Two flap covered zip pockets on the rear of the short mean you can keep your wallet safe though.

They even come with a good liner, which helps make them better value.
