Good for comfort on all-day rides but not the most feature packed

The trouble with lightweight fabric is that it can be prone to damage. One Industries have got around this with their trail-ready Sector shorts by speccing a rip-stop material that’s also very stretchy – so it’s the best of both worlds.

Mesh panels at the rear and around the groin area help keep things cool, though sadly the inner liner doesn’t get the same treatment. Soft fabric inside the waistband, a high cut at the rear and twin waist adjusters help keep the fit snug and nicely comfy.

There are two zipped pockets – one at the rear and one on the left, though the left-hand one in particular is so small it’s hard to get anything in or out of it. Comfy for all-day rides then, but a bit short – pun intended – on the details.
