Our review
A top choice, blending good looks with effective waterproofing

The Altura Attack waterproof shorts are a regular choice for BikeRadar testers. The three-layer Hydrolite fabric is tough and effective against everything from drizzle to a full-on cloudburst, so it rarely feels overwhelmed.

Refreshingly, they neither look nor feel like waterproof shorts – which means you’re likely to wear them more often. The look and fit is similar to Altura’s excellent non-waterproof Attack trail shorts, with side waist adjusters and stretch panels to fine-tune the fit, and small cargo pockets on the thigh for those extra in-ride necessities.
