This is a soft merino wool replica of the jersey worn by the great Eddy Merckx when he rode for the Italian Faema team.
It handles sweat well and adds plenty of warmth, especially if worn under a windproof, but gets heavy if you're caught in a shower. The ribbed collar and cuffs fit closely and the three rear pockets always come in handy. You don't get much temperature control from the short (15cm) zip, and though in keeping with the retro look, there are no reflectives. Our large version was much shorter in the body than usual.
