Gore Shark review

Gore Shark review

The Shark's thin, smooth-finish fabric is incredibly stretchy so everyone will know about your nipples and how many pies you've eaten. It's super snug and free moving though, with mesh underarm and shoulder panels boosting excellent wicking and drying speed.

Pricey but with superb performance

The Shark's thin, smooth-finish fabric is incredibly stretchy so everyone will know about your nipples and how many pies you've eaten.

It's super snug and free moving though, with mesh underarm and shoulder panels boosting excellent wicking and drying speed. The higher than normal collar and long back with elasticated gripper hem mean no draughts, and shoulder seams are rolled forward to stop bag rub.

A 3/4-length zip gives loads of air conditioning and the three back pockets include a zipped stash in the centre one. Fabric durability is outstanding, with barely detectable snag or rub damage, which helps offset the premium price.

Pricey and geeky but with superb long life, skinny fit performance.
