Packed with more features than you can shake a stick at, the Alp-X was developed for long-distance rides and it shows.
There's silicone detail on the shoulders to prevent pack abrasion, a good long zip for versatile venting, mesh cooling panels, reflective trim, and lots of pockets (three rear, one zipped).
In fact there’s enough storage space to go pack-free and although all that tech detail doesn’t scream at you from the shelf, we found that it makes for quiet efficiency throughout the course of a long ride.
If you don’t actually need this level of functionality, then the Alp-X will be an expensive jersey, but if you’re into 24-hour races or like to travel minimal and fast you’ll call it an investment.
