Fox are another stylish brand, and this jacket has some neat performance features.
The windproof outer and fleecy inner fabric are very similar to the RaceFace Quantum jacket, but with slightly more stretch, which allows Fox to use a more fitted styling. It shrugs off showers well and mesh panels in the armpits help to manage temperature, although it still gets sweaty pretty quickly. The tall collar stops draughts though, and the arm length is ample. Hand warmer pockets aren't much use on the bike, but they're handy for when you're waiting around, and the small asymmetric back pocket is enough for an inner tube or multi-tool. The price is reasonable considering the top works as well for riding as for recreation.
