Combining great performance with a low price, the dhb Wisp is staggeringly good value for money. It weighs just 97g and packs down to almost nothing.
It also has what we reckon is the most comfortable collar of all the jackets on test – it’s high, close-fitting and lined with soft microfleece. Windproofing is great on fine spring days but it’s a little light for the chillier ones.
The only real area of concern is fit: it’s generous around the arms but somewhat stingy around the chest. You don’t notice it when you’re standing around, but on the bike bigger riders could feel their chests straining against the sides.
