The Isoler comes at a great price, and although it did feel typically synthetic at first touch, it was smooth against the skin once we got it on. It was easy to layer up over too.
For such a thin fabric, it’s incredibly warm as well – the fabric almost seems to reflect your own body heat right back at you as you warm up.If you need to pile on the layers in freezing weather, this would be a good starting point, because it generates a lot of warmth for minimal bulk.
The anti-bacterial treatment works too. After wearing the top for a protracted time, it didn’t get as smelly as anticipated, even once conditions turned hot on us on a ride. What’s more, it dries fast. Being fussy, we'd like it to be longer through the body to make it work for taller riders though.
