The Giro Saros helmet uses the Roc Loc system, which Giro has been using for years - it's easy to see why. It makes adjustment easy, despite the small dial, thanks to its positive clicky action.
Although fit is a subjective matter, the Saros' is excellent - it has no uncomfortable pressure spots or glaring gaps between the helmet and your head. The anti-bacterial pads are well made too and not too thin, adding to comfort.
The cradle guides the rear straps neatly around the back of the ears, and the strap separators are easy to use while riding.
There's a fair bit of exposed EPS, which is a little disappointing given the price, but that's the only negative we have to report here.
