The RevoSealant from Continental is their entrance to the tyre sealant market, and it’s damn good. Unlike Stan’s it uses synthetic latex, which should last longer and work effectively.
You’ll need to ensure you have a completely clean tyre before slopping the Revo in, and you should also clear your valve stems because it can clog them. We’ve had no problems with smaller punctures, sealing up pin-prick sized holes instantly, and when we’ve burped our tyres we’ve not lost a lot of pressure.
Time will tell how long it lasts, but we’re monitoring its long-term performance over the winter and will keep you updated.
