The overlapping beams are overkill but the modular XPG system is truly outstanding

Teaming the Lumicycle XPG ATL head with a flood beam friend means a vast amount of light being thrown out from your bars, and the spread of illumination is phenomenal. However, as there’s no true spot option, much of the light output overlaps and range is no better than a single XPG set-up. Opting for the big bag (or bottle) battery means run times are still epic, although it does make for a heavy and bulky system overall.

The three minute Boost setting is great for descents and the toggle switch is easy to use even with the thickest gloves or numbest fingers. A traffic light LED displays mode and run time. The beauty of the modular build is that you can pick any battery and head unit combo to create your ideal light set, or upgrade your existing one. Reliability is peerless too, making Lumicycle a winning choice however much power you need.
