With just under three weeks to go until the 10thRitchey Bristol Bikefest, organisers have released a teaser video of what riders can expect from the course at Ashton Court.
It was announced earlier this year that due to extensive planned trail rebuilding, the course would be run in an anti-clockwise direction. But delays in the project mean that for one last time, the event will be run in the usual direction, and the video shows the trails in all their glory.
The festival will take place on 4/5 June, with a 12-hour solo and team endurance race on the Saturday and six- and three-hour novice events on the Sunday. Entry is £33 for each person for the longer rides and £27 for the three-hour challenge. Live music and DJs will run from early evening until late on Friday and Saturday, while the latest bikes and kit will be available for testing throughout the weekend.
If you’re thinking of entering you need to get your details in quickly; the solo category of the 12-hour race is almost full and will be closed soon. Head over to the official site for more information on the festival and full details on how to enter.
