Team Sky's rising star Geraint Thomas finished the Tour de France in 31st place overall, his best result in the three Tours that he's ridden.
As Cyclingnews' Stephen Farrand found out when he spoke to him before the final stage, Thomas made use of a secret weapon to get him to the finish: Welsh cakes.
