The Freeride Mountain Bike (FMB) World Tour kicks off this weekend (2-3 April) in Austria with the Vienna Air King, and a teaser video has been released to whet the appetite.
Now in its second year, the tour – won last year by American Cameron Zink – fits in 21 events across Europe and North America before concluding in Nuremberg, Germany on 9-10 September.
More than 40 riders from 15 nations are expected to take part in this weekend's dirt jump competition, held as part of the ARGUS festival, Austria's biggest bike event. Britain's Sam Pilgrim took the title last year, fending off fierce competition from Swedish rider and 2009 winner Martin Söderström.
