The Tour of Britain, which takes place from September 12-19, is calling for volunteers to act as race marshals in selected towns.
The organisers want people to help in Newcastle-Gateshead, Gretna Green, Blackpool (stage finish), Stoke on Trent (stage finish), Bideford, Yeovil and London. If you're interested, visit the volunteer page on the Tour of Britain's website. Details of your role are all explained on the site.
Those that do turn up for duty will receive a goodie bag and be entered into a competition to win an entry into the hospitality area in London in 2010. There are also daily prize draws to win an official Tour of Britain race jersey.
