Storck Bicycles have revealed Gateshead in Tyne and Wear and Maidstone in Kent as the locations for their two new UK concept stores. Both outlets will have showrooms exhibiting the latest 2012 Storck road, mountain, urban and electric bikes, as well as offering full sales and technical support.
Founder Markus Storck will open the store at The Watermark in Gateshead, which is also the headquarters of city and e-bike distributors Storck Raddar UK, on Friday 11 November. He'll then travel down to the road and mountain side of the business at Storck Bicycle UK in Maidstone the following day to open the second shop.
“I've seen the success of our 15 concept stores around the globe and I see the UK has huge potential for this type of store,” said Markus Storck. “It makes perfect sense to offer customers the highest level of service for our bikes and product, and I truly believe this is the way forward and will enhance our brand.
"Both Storck Bicycle UK and Storck Raddar UK have a vast amount of experience in the cycle trade and with their staff, will provide a first-class customer experience and service.” For information, visit the websites of Storck Raddar and Storck Bicycle UK.
