Spurcycle is best known for its impeccably designed (and rather pricey) bicycle bell. Now, the California-based company is launching a titanium multi-tool to accompany its boutique bell.
The aptly named Ti Tool is machined from titanium by Paragon Machine Works, a machine shop that also cranks out bicycle frame-building components used extensively by custom builders.
This sliding T-handle tool comes with 10 replaceable steel bits. The bits included with the tool cover most roadside repairs with 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8mm hex bits; T10 and T25 torx; and a #2 Philips.
The whole kit is carried in a pouch small enough to fit in a jersey pocket or a saddle bag.
The Ti Tool is available for pre-order for $69 / £52 / AU$90 on Spurcycle’s webstore. Spurcycle expects to ship the tools two weeks from the order date, though international orders may not ship before Christmas.
