British cycling clothing maker Shutt Velo Rapide have announced partnerships with retailers Cycles UK and Vita Cycles.
The Yorkshire-based company is something of a rarity these days in that all their clothing is designed and manufactured by hand in the UK. It only started life in 2009 and up until now its products have only been available online. But these newly-inked deals continue its expansion onto the high street.
Cycles UK hold the exclusive rights to selling cycling goods in Harrods and in addition to stocking the entire Shutt range, they will sell a special jersey only available in the London department store. Cycles UK has 15 other stores scattered around South East England, where the full range will be available. Their partner in North West England will be road cycling specialists Vita Cycles, based in the Wirral.
