Bicycle brand Kona has issued a recall for model year 2014 Wo fat bikes. The Ferndale, Washington-based company posted a notice on its website stating that the bicycle’s Kona Project Two Fat Disc Fork can crack or break at the fork crown/steer interface.
Kona urges customers affected by this recall to immediately stop using the Wo and contact their local authorized Kona dealer for instructions on how to receive a replacement fork.
This recall applies to approximately 531 Wo fat bikes sold from September 2013 to July 2014.
