The BikeRadar Training Hub will return to The London Bike Show this January with Koolstof Coaching on hand to put visitors through their pedal strokes with a series of tests and consultations.

The two hour session is designed to enhance cycling performance and highlight where improvements can be made and includes the following:

  • Zone 1: POWERbreathe Inspiratory muscles tested, body fat analysis, height, weight, anti-oxidant levels measurements, spin scan analysis
  • Zone 2: Fitness test to assess power zones, heart rate zones and VO2 max
  • Zone 3: Postural and flexibility assessment
  • Zone 4: Coaching talk, introduction to training and coaching, and open questions

Koolstof will then analyse your results and put together personalised training plans that will be sent to you later. Tickets to the hub normally cost £115 but we have an extremely limited number available at £69. To book your place, click here and enter the code TRAIN at the checkout.
