The Hayes group of brands is adding a range of new products aimed at the everyday modern cross-country rider and racer – someone who enjoys riding singletrack, flow and more aggressive trails on a lightweight bike that can be raced at the weekend.
The launch of its latest suspension fork and rear shock, the R7 and Mara, coincides with the new Sun Ringle Düroc 30 wheelset and ProTaper Hyperlite handlebar, ATAC stem and Forty seatpost.

Sun Ringle Düroc 30 wheels
Hayes’ wheel brand, Sun Ringle, is a name with an extended history in mountain biking, and one that has been part of the Hayes Bicycle Group since the early 00s.
In recent times, its Düroc wheels have impressed us, and this latest edition is set to cater for skinnier tyres and lighter setups.
The Düroc 30 wheels feature a double-wall, welded alloy tubeless rim with a 26mm inner width and are available only in 29in size.
These rims are built onto a new Ringle Super Bubba X hub; a simplified and lighter version of the existing Super Bubbas with an offset six-pawl freehub body for fast engagement.
Straight pull Wheelsmith (another Hayes brand) DB14 spokes – 28 front and rear – and alloy nipples complete the package.
A pair of Düroc 30s weighs a claimed 1,690g and comes tubeless-ready with HG, XD and Micro Spline freehub options available.
