Thing-maker and all-round health-and-safety nightmare Colin Furze has been at it again, and this time he’s replaced a bicycle’s frame tubes with giant springs.

Furze is quite up front about the pointlessness of this endeavour, but it’s hard not to be amused by the results.
Suffice to say, springs make for a terrible bike frame, and any suspension gains are more than cancelled out by the sheer floppiness of the whole assembly.
Previous bicycle-based Furze follies have included a jet-powered Raleigh shopper and a bike with wheels made of ice.
