From its base in Beringen, Belgium, Ridley has established itself as one of the most innovative bike manufacturers on the planet since it began 15 years ago.
BikeRadar recently travelled over to their factory to see the operation in action. The end result is a four-part video series produced in partnership with Ridley with the final two parts shown below.
Part three shows the extensive painting process each bare frame goes through in Ridley's Belgium factory while part four looks at the journey each frameset takes on its way to becoming a fully-specced bike.
