Dr Xavier Disley is the head of AeroCoach, a manufacturer of specialist cycling equipment and performance consultancy outfit to professional teams and national cycling federations. He has been involved in the sport for more than eighteen years and is forever tinkering with his own bikes and setup to try and squeeze out as much speed as possible.
