Road inspired XC racer with plenty of ventilation and aggressive styling

The looks and design of the Sweep are inspired by its road cousin, the Sweep R. This helmet is aimed at racer heads with its looks, 20 vents and aggressive styling at the rear.

As with the Decibel, the Sweep has an internal frame and this composite skeleton means Bell can use larger vents and more hard line styling. Another nice touch is the in-mould bottom wrap, like the all-mountain and freeride style lids, hence the extra weight at 295g. The visor is adjustable by 15 degrees with a special internal clutch mechanism in the fitting so it's held firmly in place whatever angle you chose. As for fit and comfort, these are as good as you'd hope for in a helmet at this price.
