Our review
Skitty on general surfaces, although the Datura shines on the mud

A new tread from Geax, the Datura is as straightforwardly grippy as it looks, but with some nice extra features too.

Mid-height knobs in medium compound rubber are well-spaced for soft ground grip and fast clearing. Big buttresses on alternate side knobs make it aggressive through corners and grooves in the knob tops add bite. Add a sturdy TNT tubeless-ready carcass that'll handle low pressures without squelching and you've got a really predictable mucky conditions performer.

It's 150g heavier than the 630g Geax claim though, which makes it a bit hefty for trail work. The central gap tends to tramline slightly too and, like most tall knob treads, it can skate and wander on kitty litter. Decent value.
