Vision are the aero division of major component brand FSA and their time cockpits and clip-ons are a regular sight on complete time trial/triathlon bikes.
This simple, low slung bar is seriously beefy though. Unlike most separate pieces, the Team extensions actually form half the bar and they’re extremely thick-walled for much of their length.
In fact, the aero ‘bullet cap’ back end is completely solid around the curved cutaway that forms half the bar clamp. This adds masses of weight that even the simple half clamp and thick carbon thermoplastic arm rests can’t offset.
It also means you can’t rotate the extension angle, although the downward slope of the pads does give a very low arm position. Taller spacers are included too and there’s a ski-bend option, but they’re expensive for their weight.
