The soft feeling HT50 fabric with fleece-lined collar is cut to a more traditional trail riding style with long rear flap and closer fit.
It’s fully lined – which adds to the overall weight – making it warm when you start working hard. That said, the lining does goes some way towards helping to stop you getting too wet from the outer layer of waterproof material.
Thoughtfully Lusso, who make this jacket in the UK, have installed small pit zips and rear vents to increase ventilation at times like this. The front sealing zip along with the piping on the front and rear is all reflective making it safe to use at night.
Add to this a large map size pocket and Lusso have managed to produce a really good value riding jacket.
