Otso Cycles has developed a carbon fork that offers more tire clearance than any other gravel fork currently on the market, the company claims.

The Hiili fork is the first product from Otso’s new component brand Lithic and according to Otso, the Hiili can accommodate up to a 29x2.1in tire.
The Hiili fork measures in at 400mm from the axle to the crown, has 47mm of offset and uses a 15mm thru-axle. It also uses the road direct mount brake standard.
“Drop-bar bikes are getting more capable every day, and riders are taking them to rougher places, so short travel forks are starting to gain acceptance,” said Chris Fisher, head of operations for Otso.
The new fork will ship on the company’s Warakin gravel bike and will also be available for after-market purchase.
In addition to offering the full carbon Hiili fork, prospective Warakin buyers can upgrade to the Lauf Grit for $350 or the Fox AX for $650.
