Northern Ireland-based online retailers Chain Reaction Cycles have topped the Sports and Leisure category and finished second overall in a customer satisfaction survey by consumer watchdog Which?.

The magazine, which prides itself on its “No advertising, no bias, no hidden agenda” values, gave the family-owned mail order business a score of 93 percent – placing it ahead of established national chains such as Amazon, John Lewis and Marks & Spencer.

Companies were marked on price, product and delivery to give an overall satisfaction score. Chain Reaction were praised for their "honesty about availability and quick delivery" as well as "specialist gear sourced by helpful staff".

Sales director Michael Cowan says: "We're extremely happy to discover we've come out on top of the survey in our category, and even happier to finish second overall ahead of the great e-commerce companies we look up to. The CRC team are all buzzing, knowing that our customers rate our service so highly."
